NCSD Announces Internet-Based Partner Services Webinar WHAT: As part of NCSD's leadership in promoting best practices in STD prevention and treatment, we are pleased to offer the second of two webinars on internet-based partner services (IPS). IPS has the potential to expand the screening and treatment of STD's, including HIV, and has been successfully implemented in a number of jurisdictions.
